welcome!
i’m hanna. i have a weakness for gluten-free baked goodies, homemade tea lattes, and all things pumpkin.
i want to share with you what i’m learning about how to make your diet more anti-inflammatory and your lifestyle more stress-free, starting in the kitchen. this blog is a product of love and lots of research for my own health- and hopefully yours, too!
ever used chia? or boba? join me as i also try out some unfamiliar ingredients!
a chai kind of day features plenty of:

i’m sorry…i have to ask. what kind of glass do you wear? they are adorable! love your blog and heard about you from thelovevitamin. i am an ovo-lacto vegetarian and was reading some of your posts and can relate to many of your questions about explaining/defining yourself to others. it’s good to know that other people feel the same way.
thank you! it’s a relief to know there are others who relate to how i feel about diet. to me, it seems like a lot of people (myself included, at times) think they have to be “more” than lacto-ovo and that everyone else should do the same. if you’re at least actively conscious of why you make certain dietary decisions, i think that in itself is already doing more than most of the population ever does!
and thanks but actually, they’re not even real glasses- urban outfitters. i def don’t wear them all the time.
oops i meant to say *glasses!
I just found your blog and am totally going to make some of your recipes this week. I love pumpkin too! and just cooked up a VERY large amount of fresh organic ones. So I was looking for some vegan/gluten free etc… recipes featuring them and found your site.
I shall be back often! Thanks for posting all your recipes.
i’m so happy to hear that! i hope the recipes are useful to you. thanks for stopping by!
